Kelley has been teaching breath and movement with a background as a swim, dance, and yoga instructor for over 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a Natural Sciences Concentration as well as a Multiple Subjects teaching Credential from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) where she graduated summa cum laude. She was and elementary teacher for 5 years, where she was introduced to the field of physical therapy through working with school therapists to better serve her students with special needs. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CSUS, where her doctoral research was in patients with multiple sclerosis. In 2016 she began working with both adult and pediatric patients with pelvic floor dysfunction at East Sacramento Physical Therapy. In 2018 she earned her Pelvic Rehab Practicioner Certificate (PRPC). She is a teaching assistant with Herman and Wallace, helping to train other practicioners entering the field of pelvic health.
